Welcome to Villa in the Vines. The rich history of this estate dates back over 120 years. The original estate and land were constructed in the late 1800’s as a hotel: “Vineyard Villa”. The hotel went out of business and was dismantled in 1937. In 1940, the lumber from the hotel was repurposed to construct a music hall. The music hall was then converted into a residence in 1941 and is now Villa in the Vines.
